Vipin v. University of Delhi MANU/DE/0361/2021

A writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution was preferred because an LLM student failed to appear in his last attempt in two papers of his LLM Course because the Respondent preponed the examination schedule without giving personal communication to the Petitioner and the same was simply published in its website. The Court allowed him an opportunity to appear in examinations of those papers in an intra-court appeal and thereafter writ petition was allowed accordingly.
