Mr. Walia is a qualified Barrister and has global legal, financial and business management experience working with leading international firms that include Tuli & Co, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte & Touche, Unisys as well as leading Barrister Chambers in Hong Kong. He specialises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, finance, business & corporate advice, information technology and acquisitions & mergers. His clients include public and private companies, multinational, partnerships, family companies and individuals involved in wide range of activities within India and internationally. He holds a B.A (Hons) Degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, L.L.B (Hons) from University of Leeds and P.C.L.L from University of Hong Kong.
